Activism Section Launch
We so excited to announce our latest major initiative that's been months in the making: the Privacy Guides Activism section! With so many attacks on privacy around the world today - from age verification laws to bans on encryption - standing by and focusing on our individual privacy may not be an option for much longer. For those who can and wish to fight back, we're building a suite of resources to help. Right now we only have one resource - the Privacy Activist's Toolbox - but we'll be adding many more in the coming months!

Unofficial South by Southwest Appearance
Privacy Guides has teamed up with EFF-Austin to help out with EFF-Austin's unofficial South by Southwest party next week. Jonah and Nate will be hosting This Week in Privacy live from the event, and then talking to attendees about how to harden their phones and spreading the word about GrapheneOS. If you're in the area, come say hi! (Note: Nate is a board member at EFF-Austin.)

Articles & News
Our volunteer journalist Fria was prolific this week, writing an article about how to game privately, plus a whopping 12 news briefs! You can find them below.

Site Updates
We've removed mention of Machine-ID in our Linux advice since it could cause more confusion than help.
We've also removed the terms "zero knowledge" and "zero access" as we feel they've become misleading. Likewise, we've refined when we use "end-to-end encryption" to ensure better accuracy.

Motorola confirms GrapheneOS support for a future phone, bringing over features
After years of speculation and waiting, Motorola and GrapheneOS have finally confirmed their partnership. At this time details are still very scarce, but the announcements indicate that at least some future Motorola devices will be engineered to meet Graphene's strict hardware security requirements, and could become available as early as the end of this year.
